  • Basic Level 0

    You have never done Pilates before and are looking for a thorough introduction? Then this is your level to start at.

  • Basic Level 1

    You have classical Pilates experience and are familia with the pilates principles. Then this is your level.

  • Intermediate Level 2

    You practice classical Pilates regularly and are confident with the repertoire of exercises from Level 1 courses.

  • Advanced Level 3

    You have been training classical Pilates exercises regularly for at least twelve months at Level 2 and need a challenge.
