Group Courses

  • Reformer Quattro

    In this course, you will train with guidance in a small group (30 or 50min, 4 participants at most) on the traditional Pilates Reformer.

    The perfect opportunity to get more individual corrections due to the small number of participants.

    We recommend training twice a week to ensure.

    This session is suitable for beginners as well as advanced students.

  • Group Reformer

    In this course you will train with guidance in a group (50 min, 6 participants at most) on the Pilates Reformer.

    We recommend training twice a week to ensure.

    This session is suitable for beginners as well as advanced students.

  • Group Tower

    In a very small group with a maximum of five other participants, you will train on the Wall Unit, also called Tower. A precise and energizing total body workout will be conducted, led, or guided through the resistance of springs.

    This session is suitable for beginners as well as advanced students.

  • Studio Mat

    55-minute workout with a maximum of 8 partakers at different levels of ability on High Mats (extra padded) and small equipment such as Small Barrels and Magic Circles.
