  • Full Session

    In this course, you will train with guidance in a small group (55min, 7 participants at most) on the traditional Equipment in the entire studio.

    The mat, the reformer, and the tower are all part of the full session. You will experience a comprehensive and versatile training session using various equipment.

    The class takes place with a minimum of 3 participants.

    This session is suitable for beginners as well as advanced students.

  • Reformer

    In this course, you will train with guidance in a small group (55min, 7 participants at most) on the traditional Pilates Reformer.

    The perfect opportunity to get more individual corrections due to the small number of participants.

    The class takes place with a minimum of 3 participants.

    This session is suitable for beginners as well as advanced students.

  • Tower

    In a very small group with a maximum of 7 other participants, you will train on the Wall Unit, also called Tower. A precise and energizing total body workout will be conducted, led, or guided through the resistance of springs.

    The class takes place with a minimum of 3 participants.

  • Studio Mat

    55-minutes workout with a maximum of 8 partakers at different levels of ability on High Mats (extra padded) and small equipment such as Small Barrels and Magic Circles.

  • Contrology: Mixed Equipment

    This is a guided session designed to help you develop your independent and personalised workouts. You will train in a small group, up to 7 people, using equipment such as the Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Ladder barrel or Armchair. A teacher will be present to support you as needed.

    This class is best suited for those with some experience on traditional equipment and is not recommended for complete beginners.

    The class takes place wit a minimum of 3 participants.
