Osteopath D.O. • Teacher Trainer Traditional Pilates

THE NO-PROTOCOL SESSION

Time: Sunday, 18.10.2026, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Classical Pilates Berlin
Investment: €270 per person

“How do we move when we stop following a protocol and start listening?”

WHAT DOES THE BODY NEED?

In this workshop, Fredrik Prag invites participants to explore movement through awareness, curiosity, and connection.

Rather than following a fixed formula, we will investigate what the body needs in the present moment and how trusting our own observations can deepen both practice and teaching.

This is a practical exploration of movement without predetermined solutions. Through guided movement, discussion, and hands-on exploration, participants will learn to observe, adapt, and respond to the body's changing needs.

This workshop is not about finding the “right” answer.

It is about learning to listen, trusting your own perception, and trusting what unfolds as movement emerges in front of you. By moving beyond protocols and predetermined solutions, we create space for a more authentic understanding of movement and a deeper connection to the body.

Because each participant brings something unique to the room—their own questions, experiences, and perspectives—these contributions help shape the workshop itself.

What emerges in the moment becomes part of the process, allowing the workshop to unfold in a unique and authentic way.

Together we will:

• Develop greater awareness
• Refine observation skills
• Explore movement connections throughout the body
• Learn to adapt rather than apply predetermined solutions
• Strengthen confidence in our own perception and decision-making

We never fully know where the exploration will lead, and that uncertainty is part of what makes the process meaningful.
